The Creek House is a beautifully renovated and well maintained contemporary large detached house sleeping up to 12 people. It offers spacious and stylish five bedroomed, four bathroom accommodation with superb panoramic views across fields and Buss Creek towards the beautiful seaside town of Southwold.

The light and airy property is ideally situated about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants, pier and beautiful sandy beach in Southwold.

Ground Floor:

All ground floor rooms lead from the entrance hall:

Large kitchen, dining and sitting area with table and chairs to seat up to twelve people. Two comfortable sofas are in the family area. The kitchen has been refitted and includes built in appliances and granite work surfaces. There is a TV/DVD and iPod dock / CD player and free wifi and Sky tv.The room takes advantage of the lovely views and has doors to the decked area with attractive wicker outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 1; With king size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables

Bedroom 2; Kingsize bed which can be split into two singles and bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room sleeps up to 4 people.

Bedroom 3; Kingsize bedroom with built in wardrobe.

Shower room 1. Large walk in shower with raised step, wash basin and toilet. This room has a wide doorway for wheelchair access.

Shower room 2. New for 2017, Shower room with wash basin and toilet.

 

First floor:

Stairs lead to a spacious landing area. All upstairs rooms lead from the landing.

Sitting room; good sized room with two large settees, an easy chair and bean bags providing seating for a large group. Wall mounted HD flat screen television and DVD player. Bi-fold doors leading out to balcony with table and chairs. Views over the fields towards Southwold.

Bedroom 4; Master bedroom with king size bed and bi-fold doors leading out to balcony. Views towards Southwold. En suite bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin with vanity unit under.

Outside:

There is a large first floor balcony with bifold doors from the upstairs sitting room and master bedroom and a smaller lower terrace which is accessed from the large ground floor dining/living kitchen. Steps lead down to a large gravelled terrace sitting area in the large garden. There is off road parking for 4 vehicles to the front.

The area:

Southwold is a beautiful unspoilt seaside town which is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is renowned for its beautiful sandy beach, brightly painted beach huts and refurbished pier. The town offers something for everyone including lovely cafes and bars and boutique shops and quirky amusements.

Fresh fish is landed daily at Southwold Harbour from where you can also take boat trips or use the charming hand rowed ferry to Walberswick. The area is renowned for its wildlife and coastal scenery and there are miles of footpaths and bridleways for walking and cycling.
